To ensure that Hare App, a hearing aid application for younger generations, was user-friendly, I conducted user research and received feedback from individuals with hearing problems. One teenage participant shared that she wanted an app that blended in with her lifestyle rather than reminding her that she is a patient. Based on this feedback, I simplified the language used in the app, removed any medical terminology, and provided personalized customization options like a regular music app.
